Captain Walter has been fishing Block Island Sound in Rhode Island for over 20 years, from his boat High Hook out of Jim's Dock.  The High Hook has been his fishing boat for all of this time and captain Walter is rather fond of it.  He enjoys taking people out fishing and showing them a good time.   Walter is a great guy and loves working with families and children.  He is a safe and conscientious captain who won't force you to go out if the weather isn't cooperating.

Captain Walter has caught many species of fishing during his time on the water in Rhode Island including giant tuna, striped bass, bluefish, mako sharks, flounder, bonito, scup, and many other game fish species.

Walter has kept his boat at Jim's Dock for over 20 years, fishing and boating and generally enjoying himself on the water there.  He even goes clamming up in Point Judith salt pond and can offer quahogs or littlenecks to any of his charter groups.  Jim's Dock, where Walter keeps his boat is also a restaurant with outdoor dining, come down and enjoy a meal there where it's always cooler during the summertime.
